Donor/CLIENT Privacy
Protecting the privacy of donor and client information goes hand-in-hand with developing trust. The Center for Lay Ministries does not collect information by using our website. The only information requested would be if a donation is made (and then the data is securely stored through PayPal’s Secure system). No other private information is stored by our Agency.

Safeguarding Privacy
CLM respects the privacy of all visitors to our website. We also protect any data collected for donations against mishandling and fraud, and collects personal information only as needed. CLM respects the preferences of customers regarding the use of their information. We never sell the information to a third party.

CLM agrees to Secure Sensitive Data
CLM will ensure all information transmitted is via secure means (PayPal secure business). CLM will every good faith effort to comply with industry standards for the protection and proper disposal of all sensitive data, both online and offline.

CLM agrees to Honor Customer Preferences
CLM agrees to respect donor and client preferences regarding contact by telephone, fax and e-mail, and agree to remedy the underlying cause of any failure to do so.
