Each week attendees will receive free grocery items to prepare the recipes at home, along with a free workbook full of tasty recipes and simple tips on buying healthy, low-cost foods.

These workshops will be held once a week for six weeks, beginning Tuesday, April 2, and will run from 10am – 12pm at the CLM Food Pantry, 213 East Maple Street, Jeffersonville, IN 47130.
